Contractor-network disclosure

Brya Services Painters Hub is an interior painting referral and contractor-network service. We connect you with qualified independent local interior painting professionals in San Antonio, Texas. Services are performed by independent local contractors. Contractor availability, final painting scope, surface preparation, materials and paint products, repairs, pricing, project duration, cleanup, and scheduling are confirmed directly by the independent contractor.

Our role

Brya Services Painters Hub provides a referral and coordination service. We do not perform painting work, employ painters or crews, supervise projects, or set contractor pricing.

Any agreement for painting work is between you and the independent contractor.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee contractor availability, response times, pricing, project duration, paint product availability, color or sheen availability, exact color matching, stain blocking, odor results, finish outcomes, or any specific result.

We make no representation regarding any contractor's licensing, insurance, bonding, certification, or warranties. You are responsible for reviewing a contractor's qualifications and written estimate before scheduling work.

Property conditions

Painting is not a substitute for mold remediation, water-damage restoration, structural repair, pest control, lead abatement, or hazardous-material removal.

Properties built before 1978, or with peeling paint, suspected lead paint, mold, water damage, smoke damage, severe odors, structural concerns, or hazardous materials may require additional review and appropriately qualified providers.

We make no legal, regulatory, environmental, safety, building-code, or lead-safety compliance guarantees.

Quote requests

Submitting a form requests a quote and does not create an obligation to book services. Any drywall work, wallpaper removal, cabinet painting, texture work, ceiling work, repairs, furniture moving, cleanup, and paint disposal are subject to contractor availability and the approved estimate.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website only for lawful purposes related to requesting interior painting services in San Antonio, Texas.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from work performed by an independent contractor or from your use of this website.
